About Me

About Me

Hey, I’m Tausif aka Taf.

A software engineer by profession. A YouTuber by passion.

And at my core, a lifelong learner—obsessed with finding better ways to grow, think, and live. I’ve spent over 17 years in the IT industry as a consultant and problem-solver. Along the way, I earned a Master’s in Management Information Systems from the University of Houston–Clear Lake and a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering. But titles and degrees aside, what drives me is something simpler—and far more personal:

How can we make the most of this one life—without losing ourselves in the process?

This site is where I explore that question.

Here, I share practical ideas on using your time with intent, building your 2.0 self, and making steady progress toward a life that feels like yours—not just one that looks good on paper.

What I'm Working On

📰 The Wise Ways Chronicle – A weekly email newsletter for curious minds and path-makers. Every Monday, I share one powerful idea to help you gain clarity, reclaim your time, and move closer to your true north.

🎥 YouTube Channel – I create videos on intentional time use, personal growth, and the often overlooked moments that shape the life we’re building. It’s not about hustle—it's about what really matters.

📘 Book Notes & Insights – I read a lot, and I distill the best ideas into short, practical insights you can actually use. Think of it as wisdom without the overwhelm.

📐 Notion Templates – For the systems thinkers out there—I design tools that help you do more with less, without adding to your mental clutter.

💬 Real-life reflections – I share personal thoughts on navigating relationships, identity, purpose, and the quiet inner work that often goes unseen.

How My Work Will Benefit You

If you’re someone who wants to grow—but on your terms—this space was made for you.

My goal is to help you reconnect with what matters. To offer you clarity when things feel noisy. To share ideas that help you use your time well, build something meaningful, and live more intentionally—without burning out along the way.

Most of what I share comes from years of experience, hundreds of hours of reading, and a lot of real-life trial and error. I don’t pretend to have all the answers—but I do believe in asking better questions and sharing what I learn with you along the way.

Let’s Connect

  1. 🐦 Twitter - If you've got a short question or message (<280 characters), please tweet @theknowledgknit and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. I also occasionally reply to Instagram DMs but it's much more cumbersome to do so (for now).
  2. 📨 Email - For longer conversations, or if you don't want it to be a public tweet, reach me at (hi@theknowledgeknit.com). I read as much as I can, but replies are limited by time. If you're a newsletter subscriber and reply to weekly Monday newsletter with a specific question, you’ll jump to the top of the queue—I set aside Sundays just for thoughtful responses.
